RAISING THE FLAG SINCE: September 2017
INDUSTRY: Beauty, Tech
WHAT: Corporate Communication
FROHE BOTSCHAFT: For Beiersdorf’s corporate communications, we present concise marketing content and corporate news with a journalistic focus. The goal is to give stories of the brands and their creators space, share success, and sow enthusiasm for the modern working environments of the teams – both internally and with tomorrow’s employees. In addition to interviews with decision-makers and researchers, visits to brand events and lectures, digital innovations are tested and explained.
At Beiersdorf, skincare is a matter close to hearts. The Hamburg-based skin care group also focuses on researching and developing new technologies that carry the CARE idea beyond its core business and make a contribution to society and the environment. In addition, the pioneering role of Germany’s top employer also extends to the corporate culture, which is expressed, among other things, in an internal and external dialog.
Corporate Communications: The target group-specific content is communicated precisely via defined channels. Among them are the following topics:
LAUNCH OF THE NIVEA CARE APP
The “Care App – an initiative by NIVEA” brings parents and educators together to focus on what’s most important: The child. The digital solution is designed to facilitate communication and organization in the daycare center.
DIFFERENT THINKERS WELCOME: THE NXT SKNN HACKATHON SERIES
At the NXT SKNN Hackathon, all digital managers from the countries gather once a year in Hamburg to exchange ideas with international colleagues on current topics. The hackathon is a great way to get creative beyond your own core competencies and comfort zones and to rethink the future with new ideas in a short time.
JUICE UP LIVE SESSIONS: 3 STARTUPS IN 15 MINUTES EACH
Once a quarter, Beiersdorf invites digital thought leaders and newcomers to the startup scene to the Juice Up Live Session. Beiersdorf’s mentoring is highly valued by the founders and opens up access to expertise and a wealth of experience.
The NIVEA NX Accelerator in Seoul, Korea, is Beiersdorf’s first dedicated accelerator program. The selection program included an extensive evaluation of more than 200 startups from South Korea. The 10 finalists were able to present themselves to Beiersdorf at NX’s pitch event in collaboration with WeWork Korea. Together with external experts, employees from Beiersdorf’s corporate headquarters in Hamburg and the locations in the Asia Pacific region selected the first squad for NX.
